Vintage 1965 Sterling Silver Toast Rack

This is a beautiful 1960s Sterling Silver Toast Rack, perfect for serving toast or for using as a letter or card rack.

It comes in a gift bag and would be a fantastic present.

It was made by Elkington and Co and it was Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1965.

The toast rack has four pretty curved feet and a lovely handle in the middle. The silver is shiny with a tiny bit of tarnish in corners and it has five elegant arches to hold toast.

It's in very good condition and would look fantastic on the breakfast table or on a desk holding letters.

It's a smaller size toast rack. It weighs 59g and measures 7.4cm by 5.2cm (2 7/8 inches by 2 inches). The height to the top of the handle is 6.8cm (nearly 2 3/4 inches).
