Vintage 1950s Metal Trinket or Cufflinks Box

This is a lovely vintage metal trinket box, perfect for storing small items in.

The box has a lovely pattern to the outside of brown flecks on a yellow base. The flecks resemble leaves and vary in size across the box which makes it all the more interesting.

The hinge and clasp work well. Inside is a wooden sides and base and a metal lid.

It has some wear to the pattern around the corners, edges  and the lid which all add to the aged look.

It measures 9.8cm by 8.2cm (just over 3 3/4 inches by nearly 3 1/4 inches). The depth is 4.5cm (1 3/4 inches).
