This is a beautiful Vintage Zenette Powder Compact from the 1940s. It is a mini compact mirror, ideal for carrying in a pocket or handbag. It comes in a lovely presentation bag and would be a great gift for someone who enjoys retro and stylish vintage vanity items.

The exterior is gold coloured brass with a very pretty cream Art Deco stars design to the lid and an etched stars pattern to the base. The lid opens to show a mirror with Zenette and Made in England above it. Inside it has its original powder screen and powder puff. It is a lovely collector's item.

It is in good condition with the hinges and clasps working well. The mirror provides a good reflection but does have a little bit of age misting. The exterior has some light scratches, particularly to the base as to be expected for a vintage item.

It measures 5.8cm by 5.5cm (2.25 inches by 2.1 inches).
