This is a lovely antique Solid Sterling Silver Napkin Ring from the early 1900s. It has a P engraved on it and would be a great gift for a birthday, christening or baptism. It comes in a lovely cotton gift bag.
The napkin ring has a pretty leaf pattern around half of the side and pretty frilly edges to the top and bottom rims. On one side it has P elaborately engraved and other the other side it has the hallmarks.
It was made by Charles Truman Burrows and Sons and it was hallmarked in Birmingham in 1905.
Condition
The silver is shiny and it’s in good condition. There’s a very slight dip in the frill on the top edge at the back above the hallmarks, although this is barely noticeable.
Size
It weighs 9g and the width measures 2cm (3/4 inch).
