This is a lovely antique Solid Sterling Silver Napkin Ring from the early 1880s. It would a great gift for a birthday, christening or baptism. It comes in a lovely cotton gift bag.

The napkin ring has  a pretty floral design all around the sides and features a blank shield cartouche on one side. It has a dotted rim around the top and bottom rims which adds to the beauty.

It was made by H Bros  and it was hallmarked in Birmingham in 1888.

Condition

The silver is shiny and it’s in good condition. There are few small spots of patina to the inside of the ring and it’s not completely round.

Size

It weighs 17.5g and the width measures 2.5cm (1 inch).
