Here we have a very pretty Deco Sterling Silver Salt Spoon from the 1930s. It would be perfect for using with salt, pepper, mustard and other condiments.

It was made by Collett annd Anderson and it was hallmarked in London in 1938. The maker’s marks and hallmarks are on the back of the handle.

The spoon has a lovely Art Deco design handle and an oval bowl.

It’s in good condition with the silver shiny and light scratches to one side of the handle. There’s a very light deterioration to the silver in the bowl very close to the handle which this wouldn’t affect it’s use.

It weighs 4.6g and measures 6.8cm in length (just under 2 5/8 inches).

It would be a lovely present and a small gift bag can be bought separately here to put it in: Beeches Vintage gift bags
