Here we have a very pretty Abalone Shell Pill Box from Mexico, perfect for storing a few vitamins or small items of jewellery in.
The oval pill box is made silver tone metal with two abalone shell pieces on the lid and a hinge and clasp. The lid lifts to show a metal interior. The base has Hecho En Mexico (Made in Mexico) imprinted on it.
The metal is shiny with quite a few marks on the outside and the inside of the lid. The clasp is made of a brass coloured metal and has been attached to the side of the box. The abalone lid is made with two pieces of shell with the seam visible on the lid. This has all been taken into account when pricing.
A gift bag can be purchased separately to place it in.
It measures 5cm by 3.3cm (2 inches by 1 1/4 inch). The depth is 1.3cm (1/2 inch).
