This is a lovely Antique Silver Plated Salt Spoon made in 1921, perfect for serving salt, pepper or mustard.
It was made by Elkington and Co. It has their maker’s mark and Elkington Plate stamped on the back of the handle, along with the Elkington date letter J to show it was made in 1921.
It has a pretty Old English design handle that tapers down to a pretty gold washed oval bowl. It’s in good condition with the silver shiny and a little tarnish. The gold wash is lightly faded but still shows and adds to it's beauty.
It’s a larger salt spoon, measuring 9.5cm in length (3 3/4 inches).
