Here we have a lovely Antique Silver Fruit Knife from the early 1900s. It would be ideal for cutting apples and other fruits.

It comes in a gift bag and would be a great present.

It was made by William Needham and it was Hallmarked in Sheffield in 1912.

The blade is made of Sterling Silver and has the makers marks and Hallmarks on one side. The handle is made of Mother of Pearl and has a blank oval cartouche on one side.

The blade is shiny with a couple of spots of tarnish. There is a kink to the blade and the tip is bent however it should still work well. This is reflected in the pricing.

The Mother of Pearl handle is smooth with no cracks or chips but it does have two holes drilled in it. One hole goes all the way through the handle so the knife can be put on a chain.

It measures 9.3cm in length (3 5/8 inches) when it is fully open the blade length is 3.7cm (nearly 1 1/2 inches).
