Antique Steel and Pearl Handled Pen Knife

This is a lovely antique double bladed steel pen knife from the early 1900s. It comes in a gift bag and would be a great gift for an anniversary or birthday.

The pen knife has a Mother of Pearl handle and it has two carbon Sheffield steel blades. It has Lewis Sheffield stamped on the hilt of both blades and they snap back neatly into the handle. It would be ideal for cutting small items.

Condition

The carbon steel blades have some spots of tarnish and deterioration. The Mother of Pearl is white on one side and a yellow and white colour on the other side. There is a very small crack on one side to the pearl. The other side has the pearl slightly raised but it is securely attached to the knife. 

Size

The handle measures 7.4cm in length (just under 3 inches). One blade measures 4.2cm in length (1 5/8 inches) while the other measures 3.7cm (nearly 1 1/2 inches).
