Antique Small Silver Spoon and Fork, Christening Gift

Here we have a lovely Antique Small Silver Spoon and Fork, perfect for giving as a Christening and New Baby gift. They come in a gift bag.

It was made by Gorham Silver of Rhode Island USA and it was Patented in 1913. The makers marks and Patent marks are on the back of the neck.

The spoon and fork are made of Sterling Silver and are the perfect size for a Christening or Baptism Gift. They have a line pattern around the edge of the handles and the letter R elaborately engraved in the centre.

The spoon has a larger curve to the handle than the fork and a couple of tiny indentations to the edge of the bowl there is a little tarnish to both the spoon and fork. The fork has been repaired between the fork and handle and you can see the join in the photos. This has been taken into account when pricing.

Together they weigh 43.7g. The spoon measures 14.5cm in length (nearly 5 3/4 inches). The fork measures 15.5cm in length (just over 6 inches).
