Antique Pierced Sterling Silver Pill Box

This is an absolutely stunning Antique Solid Silver Pill Box or Pill Case from the early 1900s. It would be ideal for storing small items of jewellery or vitamins in.

It comes in a lovely gift bag and would be a very special present.

It’s made of shiny Sterling Silver and has a very pretty pierced design to the lid. The lid lifts to show a lovely gilded interior.

It was made by renowned silversmiths Mappin and Webb and it was hallmarked in London in 1912.

It’s in very good condition with a little tarnish to the pierced design inside and the odd very small dent.

It’s a larger size pill box. It weighs 28g and measures 5cm diameter (2 inches. The depth is 2.4cm (1 inch).
