Antique 1923 Sterling Silver Napkin Ring

Here we have a lovely Antique Solid Silver Napkin Ring or Napkin Holder from the 1920s. It comes in a gift bag and would be a great present for a new baby, Christening or Birthday.

The serviette ring features raised rims at the edges and a lined pattern all around the sides. At the front it has a blank circular cartouche.

The maker's mark is W & Co Ltd for James Williams & Alfred Williams who were trading as Williams & Co, goldsmiths and jewellers of Hylton St, Birmingham. It was Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1923 and the Hallmarks are on the side of the napkin ring.

Condition 

The Silver is shiny with some tarnish. It has a dot of tarnish on one rim and light scratches.

It weighs 11g and the width is 1.9cm (5/8 inch).
