Here we have a very pretty antique solid Sterling Silver napkin ring or holder from the Edwardian 1900s. It comes in a gift bag and would be a great present for a birthday or a Christening.
The napkin ring is made of Sterling Silver. It has a pretty frill design to the top and bottom rims and half of the ring has a lovely art nouveau leaf design to it. In the centre it has a cartouche with a V engraved. It's a lovely design and would make a perfect gift for someone who’s name begins with V.
It was made by Charles Turman Burrows and Sons and it was hallmarked in Birmingham in 1906. The hallmarks are on the back of the napkin ring.
Condition
The silver is shiny and it's in very good condition. The napkin ring isn't completely circular but this isn't very noticable.
Size
It weighs 7.5g and has a width measuring 2cm (3/4 inches).
