Antique 1921 Sterling Silver Small Pill Case

Here we have a very pretty Antique Silver Case, perfect for storing small items in such as vitamins, rings or other small items of jewellery. t's a chatelaine case on a chain so it can be attached to a belt or hook. 

It comes in a gift bag and would be a great present.

It was made by EJ Trevitt and Sons and it was Hallmarked in Chester in 1921.

It's made of Sterling Silver and the chain handle can be attached to a chain or belt or carried in a pocket or bag. It has a mirror on the inside of the lid as it was used as a vanity case but this is misted over. The interior is gilded and the makers mark and Hallmarks are on the inside.

The Silver is shiny with a few very small dents to the top and base. Although the lid rim is slightly wavy the hinge and clasp work well.

It weighs 17g and has a diameter of 4.6cm (just over 1 3/4 inches). The depth is 0.9cm (3/8 inch).
