Antique Sterling Silver Fruit Knife, 1914 Hallmark

This is a lovely Antique Sterling Silver Fruit Knife. It comes in a lovely green gift bag and would be a great present for a birthday or 30th Wedding Anniversary.

It was made by William Needham and its Hallmarked for Sheffield 1914.

It has a shiny Sterling Silver blade with the Hallmarks on. The handle is Mother of Pearl. It has a blank cartouche in the shape of a shield on one side. The blade folds neatly back into the handle.

The blade has a bit of a curve to it but shouldn't affect its use. One side has a crack to the Mother of Pearl which is secure but has been taken into account when pricing.

It measures 13.6cm in length when fully open (5 3/8 inches). It measures 8cm when closed (3 1/8 inches).
