Antique Sterling Silver Fruit Knife, 1911 Hallmark

This is a very pretty solid silver fruit knife with a Mother of Pearl handle. It was made in 1911 and would be ideal for cutting and peeling apples, pears and soft fruits.

It comes in a lovely green gift bag and would be a great present for a birthday or anniversary.

It has a Sterling Silver blade with the makers mark and Hallmarks on one side. The handle is Mother of Pearl and features a blank rectangular cartouche on one side.

The blade folds neatly back into the handle.

Condition

It’s in good condition. There’s a little tarnish and a very small bend to the blade and a tiny nick in it but it wouldn’t affect its use. There’s a very tiny chip to the Pearl handle but otherwise it is smooth and free of cracks.
