This is a very pretty Antique Victorian Sterling Silver fruit knife with a Mother of Pearl handle. It was made in 1891 and would be ideal for cutting and peeling apples, pears and soft fruits.
It comes in a lovely green gift bag and would be a great present for a birthday or anniversary.
It has a Sterling Silver blade with the makers mark and hallmarks on. The beautiful handle is Mother of Pearl and features a blank oval cartouche on one side.

It’s in very good condition with the silver shiny. There’s a tiny kink to the blade edge but it wouldn’t affect its use. The Mother of Pearl handle is beautifully smooth and free of cracks or chips.
Size
It’s a medium sized fruit knife, measuring 12.5cm (4 7/8 inches) when fully open and 7.5cm (2 7/8 inches) when closed.
