This is a very pretty small Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver fruit knife with a Mother of Pearl handle. It was made in 1903 and would be ideal for cutting and peeling apples, pears and soft fruits.
It comes in a lovely green gift bag and would be a great present for a birthday or anniversary.
It has a Sterling Silver blade with the makers mark and hallmarks on. The beautiful handle is Mother of Pearl. The shiny blade folds neatly back into the handle.

It was made by John Yeomans Cowlishaw and was hallmarked in Sheffield in 1903.
Condition
It’s in good condition with the silver shiny. It has a faint line of tarnish at the top of the blade on both sides which can be seen in the photos. The Mother of Pearl is smooth. On one side of the handle there’s a natural inclusion, and a tiny chip where the blade folds back into the handle but this isn't obvious at all.
Size
It’s a small sized fruit knife, measuring 8.3cm (just over 3 1/4 inches) when fully open and 5.2cm (just over 2 inches) when closed.
