Here we have a beautiful vintage Silver Jewellery or Trinket Box from the 1950s. It would be ideal placing on a dressing table or shelf and storing small items in. 

It comes in a gift bag and would be a fantastic present.

It’s made of 800 Silver and it was made by Rino Greggio Argenterie of Padona, Italy between 1948 and 1968. The makers mark and Italian hallmarks are on the base of the box and side of the lid.

The lid has a beautiful mid century design and the lid lifts off to show a lovely silver interior.

The rim of the bottom has a very slight indentation inwards but this doesn’t affect the lid being taken on and off and is barely visible.

It weighs 64g.

It measures 7.7cm by 5.5cm (3 inches by nearly 2 1/4 inches). The height is 3.3cm (just over 1 1/4 inches).
