Antique Silver Plated Sugar Tongs, Antique Sugar Nips, 1900s Flatware, Serving Tongs

These are lovely Silver Plated Sugar Tongs or Sugar Nips. They were made circa 1900 and would be ideal for using to serve sugar lumps or pick up small items.

They were made by AT Cannon Ltd of Birmingham and they are stamped with their makers mark. They also have EPNS and A1 imprinted on them.

The tongs have a pretty lined pattern on each arm. They have oval bowls at the end which are perfect for picking things up.

They are set quite wide so they can pick up both bigger and smaller items. The Silver Plate is shiny with a bit of tarnish.

They measure 10.9cm in length (4 1/4 inches).
