This is a beautiful Antique Sterling Silver Sugar Sifter Spoon from the early 1800s. It would be perfect for using to decorate cakes with icing sugar or putting cocoa on cappuccinos.
It comes in a gift bag and would be a great present.
It was Hallmarked in London in 1803. The makers marks are WE, most likely for William Edwards.
The spoon is made of Sterling Silver and has a round bowl with a cross cut out pattern. The handle is elegantly tapered and features a bear motif at the top of the handle. On the back it has the makers mark and hallmarks.
Its in good condition with the Silver shiny.
It weighs 29.8g and measures approximately 14.4cm in length (5 5/8 inches).
