Here we have a lovely Antique Sterling Silver Tablespoon from the 1700s. It would be a beautiful way to serve vegetables or desserts at the dinner table.

It was made by Thomas Eustace and it was Hallmarked in Exeter in 1781.

It's a serving or tablespoon size. It has a beautiful Old English design with a tapered handle with a L elaborately engraved at the end. The makers mark and Hallmarks at on the back of the handle.

The spoon is over 240 years old and is a very special piece of history.

The Silver is shiny with light scratches and a little tarnish. There's a very small row of tiny dents at the end of the handle and one at the end of the bowl. There are two very small dents to the bowl. You have to look very closely to see any of these.

It weighs 56g and measures 21.7cm in length (8 1/2 inches).
