1980 Queen Mother 80th Birthday Commemorative Coin

This is a lovely commemorative coin from 1980 made to celebrate the 80th Birthday of Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother. It’s uncirculated and was made by the Royal Mint. 

It would be a great gift for someone who enjoys Royal collectibles.

The coin features the Queen Mother’s head on one side with “Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother August 4th 1980” around the edge. The reverse features Queen Elizabeth II’s head. 

The coin is in a blue frame with “Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother 80th Birthday Aug 4th 1980” imprinted on it.

Condition

The coin is in a perspex case which has some scratches but protects the coin.
