This is a lovely Britain's First Decimal Coins set from 1971. It would be a great gift for someone born in 1971 or a collectors item.
The set was created to celebrate the change in currency in Great Britain from Pre Decimal to Decimal Coins. The set contains:
Ten pence Five pence Two pence One Pence Half Pence
The 10p and 5p coins date from 1968 when they were first made, while the 2p, 1p and 1/2p coins were first made in 1971.
The set is in a Royal Blue plastic folder and has a lovely description sheet inside, detailing the history of the coins.
Condition
The set is in good condition. There is a little wrinkling to the inner plastic from age and a little age staining to the edge of the board holding the coins.

It measures 12.5cm by 6.6cm (4 7/8 inches by 3 3/8 inches).
