1968 Sterling Silver Baby or Child’s Bracelet

This is a pretty Sterling Silver Baby or Children’s Bracelet from the 1960s. It comes in a gift bag and would be a lovely present for a child or new baby.

It was made by Smith, Ewen & Stylic Ltd and it was Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1968. The Hallmarks are on the inside of the bracelet.

It’s a hinged bracelet with a clasp at one side. One half of the bracelet has a pretty etched leaf pattern. 

The Silver is shiny with light scratches and a number of tiny dents. It has a safety chain but this is broken.

It measures 5.5cm by 5cm (just over 2 1/8 inches by 1 7/8 inches). The depth of the bracelet is 0.7cm (1/4 inch).
