Here we have a beautiful Swedish Solid Silver Trumpet Vase or Trophy from the 1940s. It’s a lovely collectible item and would look great on display with flowers in or using as an award or trophy.
It comes in a gift bag and would be a great present.
The vintage silver vase has a pretty pattern around the rim and a lightly hammered pattern to the body. It’s engraved with Hederspris Anglo - Swedish Shooting Match Stockholm 12/12/1945. It was a very special prize which adds to the authenticity of it.
It was made by Guldsmedsaktiebolaget of Stockholm and Hallmarked in 1945. The makers mark and Hallmarks are on the bottom rim of the vase.
It’s in good condition with the Silver shiny and a dent in the rim of the base. There is a light gold wash to the interior which adds to the beauty.
It weighs 83.6g. The height is 10cm (4 inches) with the diameter at the top measuring 8cm (3 1/8 inches).
