Here we have a lovely Vintage Solid Silver Spoon and Fork set from the 1930s. They come in their original presentation box and would be a great Christening or Baby gift.

The spoon and fork are made of Sterling Silver and it has a pretty pattern with DJH engraved on the handle.

They were made by Arthur Price & Co Ltd and it was Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1936. The hallmarks are on the back of the handle.

Condition

The Silver is shiny with quite a few light scratches. There is a very tiny dent to the edge of the bowl of the spoon and one fork prong is very slightly shorter than the other three prongs.

Size

The spoon measures 14.2cm in length (5 5/8 inches) and the fork measures 14.8cm (just over 5 3/4 inches). The Silver weight is 44.7g.
