This is a very pretty Solid Silver Tea Caddy Spoon from the early Edwardian 1900s. It would be perfect for using with tea leaves or with coffee.
It comes in a gift bag and would be a lovely present.
The spoon has a beautiful scallop shell bowl and a very pretty design on the handle. The makers mark and hallmarks are in the middle of the back off the bowl.
It was made by Josiah Maudsley Jackson and David Landsborough Fullerton of Josiah Williams & Co. It was hallmarked in London in 1908.
Condition
It’s in very good condition with just a little tarnish in the design which shows the detailing beautifully.
Size
It weighs 12g and measures 9cm in length (3 1/2 inches).
