Beeches Vintage
These are a lovely vintage set of three Solid Silver Coffee Spoons from the 1930s. They were awarded as coffee spoon trophies for a competition for a golf club and would be a great present for someone who plays golf. They come in a gift bag.
They are from a Scottish Golf Club and each spoon has a pretty logo and BLGC at the top of the handle. In the bowls they have April 1930, June 1930 and March 1932 engraved, most likely for competition dates.
They were made by George K Paul. All three were Hallmarked in Edinburgh, two in 1929 and one in 1931 with the hallmarks are on the back of the spoons.
Together they weigh 25.5g. They're shiny with a little bit of tarnish which helps to show the dersign. Each spoon measures 9.6cm in length (3 3/4 inches).
