This is a lovely Vintage set of Ryals Silver Plated Coffee Spoons. They come in a pretty red presentation box and would be a great gift.
They were made by James Ryals & Company, a well established cutlers based in Sheffield. They have Ryals, EPNS and Registered no 758470 imprinted on them. They were made in 1930.
The six spoons are all shiny with a pretty pattern to the handles. There is a bit of tarnish in the pattern which helps to show the design. There is the odd tarnish spot to the bowl.
They come in their red presentation box. Theres a bit of wear to the outside and a couple of marks to the inside. The hinge and clasp work well. The clasp has a little green to it.
Each spoon measures 11.1cm in length (4 3/8 inches).
