Here we have a beautiful pair of matching Sterling Silver Candlestick Holders from the 1960s. They would be absolutely stunning on a mantelpiece or on a dinner table.

The maker’s mark is for Harrods Ltd, the world famous  department store known for it’s high quality goods. It has RWB for Richard Woodman Burbridge, who was Chairman of Harrods and his initials were used as their Silver mark. They were Hallmarked in London in 1961.

Both candlesticks are made of Sterling Silver and have a beautiful elegant shape to them. They have a little tarnish in the pattern which helps to show the design. 

They’re in very good condition with the odd tarnish spot and a little candle wax inside one of the holders. There are a few scratches in places.

They have filled bases and together they weigh 524g. 

They are dwarf or squat candlestick shaped but are quite tall for this type of holder, measuring 10.5cm in height (4 1/8 inches).
