Product Description

Here we have a lovely Antique Sterling Silver Teaspoon from the Victorian 1800s. It comes in a gift bag and would be a great present.

It was made by George William Adams of Chawner and Co. It was Hallmarked in London in 1853. The Hallmarks and maker’s mark are on the back of the handle.

The spoon has a fiddle pattern design which was very popular in the 1800s. It features a pretty etched design of a dragon at the top of the handle. The bowl is a good teaspoon size.

The Silver is shiny with light scratches to the handle. There are a few very small dents in the centre of the bowl which aren’t particularly obvious.

It weighs 23g and measures 14.2cm in length (just over 5 1/2 inches).
