Delivery
Orders placed before 5pm are usually dispatched the next working day by Royal Mail.
UK (Updated 10th May 2022)
Orders under £50 are sent by Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) or can be upgraded to Special Delivery at checkout. Special Delivery is the next working day delivery before 1pm.
All orders over £50 are sent by Tracked 48 or Special Delivery (depending on value) and qualify for free delivery.
When items are dispatched you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your delivery on the Royal Mail website.
Rest of World
All orders are sent out by Royal Mail International Tracked. When the order is dispatched you will be provided with a reference so you can track your order on the Royal Mail website. The shipping cost will appear at checkout when you select your country from the drop down menu.
Delivery Estimates
Royal Mail's delivery aim is 3-5 working days to Europe and 6-7 working days to the rest of the world. As all items are sent with tracking you are able to monitor the progress of your order through the mail.
However at busy times such as Christmas items can take longer to be delivered. Items may also be delayed in Customs, and although this doesn't happen often it can hold up a delivery.
Beeches Vintage is not responsible for delays in delivery once an order is dispatched.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any VAT, customs, import or sales taxes that may apply.
Orders From Germany (Lucid Packaging Register)
Beeches Vintage is registered on the Lucid Packaging Register for Germany for recycling the shipping materials we use (registration no DE5534485041691) Our dual system partner is Activate by Reclay Systems GmbH.
