Caithness Queen's Golden Jubilee Paperweight

This is a beautiful dome shaped Caithness Golden Jubilee Paperweight. It was made in 2002 to celebrate 50 years of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. This particular edition is called Golden Jubliee Royal Cypher.

The paperweight has a pretty golden colour with a lovely purple shape in the base made to resemble a crown. The facet cut face has E II R with a crown above and 1952 - 2002 beneath. 

The base has Caithness Scotland, Queen's Golden Jubilee 1952 - 2002, Golden Jubilee Royal Cypher in the centre and 228179 etched.

It would be a lovely gift. The colours really make it stand out.

It measures approx 9.5cm (3 3/4 inches).
