Product Description

Here we have a beautiful Antique Sterling Silver Corkscrew. It’s a smaller size corkscrew, originally used for removing cork lids from perfume bottles.

It comes in a gift bag and would be a lovely present.

It was made by Mappin & Webb and it was Hallmarked in London in 1908. The Hallmarks are on both sides of the handle.

The Sterling Silver handle has a lovely pattern to it with a blank circular cartouche on one side. The Silver is shiny with a little tarnish in places which helps show the pattern. The end is made of steel and has a little deterioration to it but it wouldn’t affect its use.

It measures 12.9cm in length (just over 5 inches).
