Antique 1813 Sterling Silver Spoon, Georgian Dessert Spoon
Here we have a lovely Antique Sterling Silver Dessert Spoon from the early 1800s. It comes in a gift bag and would be a very special present.
It was made by William Eley, William Fearn and William Chawner and it was Hallmarked in London in 1813. The Hallmarks and maker’s mark are on the back of the handle.
The bowl is shiny and it has a tapered neck. At the top of the handle it has ER elaborately engraved.
It’s over 200 years old and in good condition. The silver is shiny with light scratches.
It weighs 36.6g and measures 17.3cm in length (6 3/4 inches).
